View RMF Alarms in the Smart Client

View and manage an alarm configured to monitor Redundant Event Pipelines directly within the Smart Client interface.

To view an existing RMF alarm in the XProtect Smart Client, follow these steps to access its details, including the related video, map (if configured), and associated camera feeds.

Log in to the Smart Client

a. Open the XProtect Smart Client.

b. Log in to the Parent Management Server using domain user credentials for Federated Deployments, or log in to the sole Management Server for Single Site Deployments.

Alarm Manager

Click the Alarm Manager tab on the window.

Alarms Detected

The list displays alarms detected for the configured event type. Select an alarm from the list to view its details.

Alarms Detected

Only users with access to the camera and the Alarm Manager can receive the alarm for the selected camera.
