Uses
There are two flavors of this release:
Flavor 1 uses: MIP SDK 2023R2
Flavor 2 uses: MIP SDK 2022R1 .NET Framework 4.8
Not Compatible With
Do not use flavor 1 with XProtect versions before 2023R2.
Use flavor 2 for XProtect versions from 2022R1 to 2023R1. Do not use for XProtect versions before 2022 R1.
New Features
SmartSyncService
Optimized camera list fetching and RMF camera fetching to reduce overall sync time.
Added hardware driver mismatch check during sync — displays an error instead of syncing and causes exceptions.
Sync Hardware now iterates only over the selected cameras, rather than all licensed cameras.
Added support for syncing Basic Users.
Other RMF Features
View groups are now listed with an option to select specific groups for synchronization.
Fixed bug in non-federated architecture restore mode where roles and view groups were not listed.
Added “detailedcheck” flag in RMFConfig.cfg:
If enabled, the system checks for a bitmap to confirm that the camera is online (Background Service – Alarm).
If disabled, it only checks whether the server is online or offline. Does not check for bitmap (camera level)
Added counts for selected devices, roles, and view groups.
RMF Alarms
Removed the "Rename" option in the right-click menu for RMF alarms (names must be changed by selecting the alarm directly).
Added alarm priority levels: High, Medium, Low.
Disable pop-ups for non-RMF alarms when the server is offline.
Added Auto Close alarm feature (applicable for Motion Detected, Disabled, and Not Responding events).
API
Added new parameter ExcludeChildSite to omit child site RMF cameras from API responses.
