Change PTZ preset parameters on both the primary and secondary sites
With Release 7.5.0, the requirement to create a “special” RMF view in the Smart Client has been removed. RMF now runs in the background within the Smart Client and provides high availability to all native XProtect view windows displaying RMF-licensed cameras. All user-facing native smart client features are preserved.
Skip the steps below if you are using Release 7.5.0 or later.
To update the PTZ preset, follow these steps.

Access the PTZ preset settings.
Navigate to the PTZ settings in the RMF client window while in live view, and click on the slider button.

Click the Manage PTZ presets option.

Update preset and Save
Select a PTZ preset from the camera's preset list, then position the camera using the arrow buttons. Click the Update Preset button to save the new position.
