Not Compatible With

New Features

RMF Alarms

  • Added help documentation for the 'Associate Map' feature to assist users with easier setup and configuration.

Enhancements

RMF

  • Enhanced the Scheduling Frequency feature by ensuring the Cancel button properly reverts to the previously saved values, providing a more reliable and predictable user experience.

  • Previously, secondary cameras not assigned to any group were unselectable for licensing. In this release, they can now be selected, as they are automatically added to a group before licensing, simplifying the process and improving flexibility for users.

SmartSync Service

  • Enhanced password synchronization by using the latest 'Password Last Modified' timestamp to ensure the most recent changes are consistently applied.

  • Improved the camera licensing process to enhance reliability and ease of management:

    • If a camera is not part of any secondary group, it is now automatically added to a secondary group before licensing, ensuring all eligible cameras can be licensed without manual intervention.

    • If a licensed camera is removed from a group, it is automatically re-added to maintain its license, preventing unnecessary license loss and reducing administrative effort.

RMF Alarms

  • When clicking on an alarm with a downed primary source, the system now opens a pop-up displaying the secondary camera view without adding a related camera, ensuring immediate access to alternate footage.

  • Camera loading performance has been optimized when adding an event source for an alarm, resulting in faster response times and smoother workflows.

  • The camera listing has been changed from horizontal to vertical for better visibility and easier navigation.

  • The 'Include Both Primary and Secondary' option has been removed, as this functionality is now seamlessly managed within RMF, streamlining the configuration process."

Resolved Issues

RMF

  • Resolved an issue where the Cancel button in Scheduling Frequency did not revert to the previously saved values, ensuring a more reliable and predictable user experience.

  • Resolved a crashing issue that occurred when left-clicking on the Username and Password fields in Service Credentials, improving system stability and enhancing the user experience.

  • Resolved password update issues to ensure consistent and reliable synchronization across servers:

    • When a password is changed on the primary server, it is now automatically updated on the secondary server, syncing the password along with all device properties.

    • When a password is changed on the secondary server, it is now correctly updated on the primary server, even if the synchronization direction is set to Backup (only the password is synced in this case).

    • Password updates are now determined by the latest 'Password Last Modified' timestamp, ensuring the most recent changes are always applied.

CameraData Collector

  • Resolved a bug where primary or secondary cameras not assigned to any group were incorrectly displayed as 'Exists in Group' for Single-Site configurations, ensuring accurate camera group visibility and improving configuration reliability.

Known Issues

  • Manual mode has been disabled and requires further modifications before it can be re-enabled.
