Controls whether the Smart Client viewer should automatically return to the higher-priority recording data center once it becomes available again.
When enabled, this feature ensures that the viewer automatically switches back to the preferred (higher-priority) recording data center once it becomes available following a failover event. The fallback occurs after a 10-minute interval.
