Ensure destination recorders can talk to source devices

Sometimes, device migrations fail because the destination recorder has a device pack different from the source recorder. Therefore, for each unique source-destination recorder pair based on the selected device migration path, XPort compares the device packs in both and provides a summary. Review the summary and update the destination device pack if necessary.
