Roles

Overview

We begin with role migration to ensure that later objects are created within a role's context. For example, when a device is migrated later, device access permissions are assigned for each role that the destination already recognizes.

Follow the next steps to migrate roles.

Select Roles to Migrate

1. Select roles in the source to transfer to the destination.

2. Basic and Active Directory Users are migrated.

Begin Migration

Click the Migrate button. Role migration typically takes a few seconds per role.
