XPort offers an option to limit network transfer speeds during media database migrations. Set it to a suitable value if necessary; otherwise, leave it disabled.

Set Time Window
Transfer only a part of the Media database by setting a time window.
Set the time window for each device, or leave it at its default value to transfer all content.
You can uncheck the "Transfer Media" box to exclude a device from the transfer.
